How many parking spaces are included?

  • There will be 33 parking spaces available in the secured garage. Of these, two will be reserved for handicap use.
  • Each three-bedroom residence will come with two garage spaces. 
  • Each two-bedroom will come with one garage space and one outdoor space. 
  • Parking spaces will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis. 
  • Any additional parking spaces in the garage will be made available for purchase on a selection priority basis.

What amenities are included?

Members of The Golf Club at Little Turtle can use its pool, club room and fitness center.  


What upgrades will be available?

There will be upgrade options for kitchen/bath cabinets, counter tops, flooring and appliances.

What are the deposit requirements for a reservation?

A $1,000 refundable reservation fee is required to reserve.

What are the deposit requirements for a reservation at the time of contract?

A deposit equal to 5% of the purchase price will be required at the time of the contract execution.  This deposit will be non-refundable.  


When will the buyers go to contract?

Buyers will be able to sign contracts once 10 units are reserved.

What will the association fees be?

Approximately $100 per month. This does not include utilities.

When will the workout facility and pool be available?

Spring/Summer 2018.  Membership in The Golf Club at Little Turtle is required for workout facility and pool use.
